Losing a house to a fire is a horrible thing, and it was such a relief to work with someone who cares about me and my project. He helped guide me with the insurance company to declare my house a total loss so that I could start all over with a new floor plan. His design team developed a beautiful design that worked with our lot and the house is just what I wanted. The house was just finished and we are so happy. We needed to get a mortgage and Dorson handled that portion of the project as well."

"I initially hired Erics Quality Building to replace my fence that was falling down. When I discovered that they also do siding, I asked for a quote to replace the rotting and cracked siding on my manufactured home. Eric gave me a more than fair deal on the entire project. For slightly more than what larger companies quoted to replace the siding only on the house (with vinyl), I ended up with a new cedar fence, all new fiber/cement siding (with fresh paint) on both the house and garage, all new windows on the house, all new gutters, new skirting, and new front door. Eric and his crew were friendly and respectful. They worked hard and did a fantastic job. Eric kept me up-to-date on what was happening when, if they ran into any snags or surprises, and made sound recommendations. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate my last minute request to add new windows. This was my first foray into the world of home improvement and I have heard/read horror stories of sleazy, underhanded contractors, so I was wary when I started this project. My experience was just the opposite. Eric is refreshingly honest and ethical. He takes pride in the quality of his company s work, and cares about the client s happiness with the finished product. Adam Martin strives to communicate with us, so that we have full understanding of the project. The crew are polite, friendly and good humored, but constantly working. The weather damage required a new man-door frame installation and the double garage door needed dry rot removal and mold removal, including siding replacement. The resulting repairs are exceptional and we are impressed. We have hired the same business to replace a dry-rotted fence and build a new gate, all done well!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Bradley is great to work with - he's personable, professional, and good at his job.  My ground floor deck was destroyed in an ice storm year ago and removed.  Had Bradley and his team rebuild that deck using artificial wood.  The upper floor deck was intact, but in poor shape.  I intended to have them replace only the flooring, but Bradley pointed out several structural deficiencies and convinced me we needed to rebuild the entire deck.  The expense was daunting, but having a reliable structure that is likely to outlast me, and never having to resurface it again makes it worthwhile.  The pump house was just old and falling apart.  Bradley and his crew tore down the old structure and build a new one without any disruption in service.
All of the old material was hauled away, and they did a pretty good job of cleaning up after themselves, though I did have to clear some debris after the un-used materials were picked up by the hardware store.
