"Calls answered or returned promptly. Response timely. Plumber's estimate was reasonable and job was started and finished on time and was slightly under estimate. The Journeyman plumber took extra measures to protect the sod and scrub he had to remove and replant in order to effect repairs to an underground defective valve. Also, he was polite, friendly and hard working. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing. My thanks to both Alan for the excellent job he did and to Cambria in the office for her timely updates. "Immediately responded to schedule appointment and friendly. Technician was helpful with an estimate and quickly replaced the faulty expansion tank. However, the amount of communication by phone and text from the dispatch was on the verge of nagging and the tech cancelled the appointment the morning of. Got rescheduled and it worked out though."

"We were extremely pleased with Powers Bath & Remodel. Their representative arrived on time to provide a bid. (The competitor's representative was two hours late and failed to call, so we didn't let him in the door.) The workers arrived as scheduled and completed the job in three days, as promised. They cleaned up every day, and the new bathroom looks fantastic. We were so satisfied that we asked them to replace the floor in our main bathroom. Unfortunately, they said the job was "too small," and they were fully booked through January."
