Deschutes Plumbing is locally owned and operated by Casey and Lacy Krahenbuhl. We believe in providing superior professional customer service, and begin by always answering the phone. Our office is staffed so you don't have to worry about getting the voice-mail of someone under a house. We follow that up by providing a 2 hour window for the arrival of our technician. We understand the urgency when water is involved, and can often accommodate an emergency by making changes in the schedule to ensure we arrive same day. Servicing all of Central Oregon, we are your honest and professional plumbing company. When you need a plumber, call Deschutes Plumbing; as we mentioned, we always answer the phone. No job too small!

Excellent. Jason gave us a courtesy call before he arrived, helped us troubleshoot a toilet issue and adjusted his schedule to include installation of a third hose bib on the exterior of our hose. Last year he also repaired a leaking exterior hose bib. We are very pleased with his professionalism, quality of work, punctuality, and knowledge. We will definitely return to this company for any future work.

Excellent. An irrigation company discovered a water leak when they were relocating the backflow assembly. I called on Wednesday and was pleased when Jason came out on Thursday morning (a last minute cancellation). It was a tight squeeze in a small space under the porch, but he completed the work in about 3 hrs and charged $380. Now I can proceed with installation of the irrigation. This is my second project with this company and I would definitely use their services as needed in the future.

Excellent customer service and repair service. Scheduling was easy. The plumber (Jason) called prior to his arrival and was on-time. The cost was reasonable ($214), and the work looked professional. I was pleasantly surprised when he was done within 1-1/2 hours after working in the crawl space. I highly recommend this company and will contact them for future plumbing needs.

Excellent, consistent with other reviews. They suggested to save me money for me to go out before they came over and buy my garbage disposal ( bought same as before so not need more pipes put in) and toilet fix kit that I would likely need ( which was the one needed), therefore I would not have to pay their time to go buy needed parts if possible.

Excellent! Deschutes Plumbing was able to come during our tight time frame, diagnose the problem and make the repair. In fact, they recommended moving the shut-off value to an insulated water line in our crawl space, which is an improvement to having it buried outside and vulnerable to freeze damage.

After a rough start with our water main being an unexpected problem, the cartridges in our shower faucets were replaced in record time, and the job I had been dreading to have done, was complete and Mike was on his way. In the 30 years we have been in our home, it has never been this easy to turn on the shower! Why didn't we have them replaced 30 years ago? Mike communicated with either my husband or myself through the process of replacing these cartridges. I was great to get this work done for a fair price and with a nice company. Yes, we will have them back, most likely to do much more extensive work on our 40 year home.

Marvelous, excellent, super. Chris (plumber) was here within the timeframe given to us by office. He was super professional, courteous, efficient. He communicated clearly what his diagnosis of issues and how he intended to resolve them. Installation/repairs well done. Mike arrived on time, assessed the problem and went to get the parts. He replaced them quickly and also gave me some general information on the water main location and how to turn off if necessary. I was able to use the Angie's List coupon and saved 10%. Very pleasant and efficient plumber.
