He did a couple of little jobs and then never came back to finish the jobs we had left and never heard from him again. He installed the kitchen faucet backwards so the knobs turn on/off in the opposite direction of what they should. We asked about reinstalling it correctly and he did not see the need for it.

An excellent experience. Don ran a propane line to my barbecue. The job ran a little longer than his quote for time, however he was a man of his word. I will definitely use Don in the future and recommend him to friends. As a side note, Don was able to get to our job in a very timely manner.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Mr. O'Bryan arrived on time, installed a new AO Smith electric water heater and removed the old heater, all in 2-1/2 hours. He was very efficient and personable to deal with. My husband and I will surely call him again if we have other plumbing problems.
