We converted two bedrooms, added a door, installed a kitchen, remodeled the entire bathroom, and the list goes on. They were clean, professional, friendly, and had great suggestions. Rick was easy to get a hold of and communication was always smooth. Clarity and reviews of project details were done regularly. We had to do some tricky things to install a washer and dryer, and his team was always open to other options which helped us to keep our costs within budget. They were creative, always respectful of our property, and I would highly recommend Rick Hicks and his outstanding crew."

The installation guys, who were great by the way, said they would work with All Spa to get is sorted out (new parts to make it work). Anyway, it's been a month and the thing is still sitting half assembled in my yard. Keep in mind that this is a $10K cover left partially assembled and covered in a tarp. I've made 5 inquiries via phone to All Spa to at least get a status update but have yet to respond. It really just speaks to a major lack of professionalism to not even have the decency to let us know the status of what is going on. I don't usually leave reviews like this but I think that this certainly warrants a 1 star review."
