"Steven, Josh, and Dylan were incredible in helping my partner and I move out of state. We will be recommending them to our friends in Portland. They packed everything with such care, and were a pleasure to spend time with. They helped us wrap and pack our larger items, including a complicated treadmill. Then they moved our things down 2 flights of stairs, across a busy street, and in some Portland rain to load up our Pod container. Steven loaded up the Pod container so well that we didn't need our second container, and there was room to spare. Nothing moved at all in the container in a move from Oregon to California, and our California local movers were impressed with how the Pod was packed. Nothing broke in our move. On top of all of that, we just can't get over how friendly and enjoyable it was to be around Steven, Josh, and Dylan. They were so smiley and cheery that they made what could have been a stressful day actually really fun. If we were still living in Portland, we would definitely use this team again and specifically request this trio. All of this, and they completed our move exactly at our minimum hours. I don't usually write reviews on a public platform but had to for this team! :)"

"I was originally happy with service but then i found that Priority Moving damaged the carport at my apartment building. They didn't tell me or Michael about it and he was surprized hearing about it and accused my landlord and me of lying instead of letting insurance company to deal with it. He was rude and defensive. Then i told him that one of his guys also damaged my antique table, part of the leg came off and he just reatached it and didnt tell me. He didnt know i saw it happening when he pulled the table across the floor in the living room and he said in a high tone that since table is standing now thereis nothing wrong with it then he hang up on me."

"I have moved over 20 times in my life and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had in every regard. They took 3X as long as predicted, charged over twice as much, and lost my most valuable possessions. To make matters worse, when I talked to the owner, Al Bartley, about where my missing boxes were, he accused me of lying saying he's sure they're at my house. I told him he can come by and search everything, but I wanted to know what facts he had that I didn't have that made him "certain" that my possessions were at my house. thought that they may have taken them away by mistake as the boxes missing, all marked "open first" and "fragile" were in the same area when they were moved. On one call trying to track down my missing packages (which included my medications and my hearing aids), the staff hung up with me. I was told I shouldn't have packed medications and they called to tell me so. They did NOT. "
