In our case we had to keep a vehicle in our driveway per HOA rules. Our other two were parked down the street in legal parking per the HOA maximal allowance stipulation Although there was plenty of room a 15 foot width access into the garage they stubbornly refused to do the job, cancelled our appointment, then made a false claim that we cancelled the appointment, the in fact they CANCELLED IT. Their policy states that customers cannot cancel appoints at the last minute or surrender their deposit. What a manipulative system Complete Coating uses! Moreover, It took 10 days for owner Mike Courselle to get back to us when we inquired when they would return. Nothing but crickets. In turn, we subsequently cancelled the charge and WILL NOT move forward with this company. The owners are very passive aggressiv"
