Bill came as scheduled to review the work and provided a price that was in the middle of the five bids received. We set a date a month out for our convenience and Bill arrived on time and completed the job in two days, again as we initially agreed. His craftsmanship was excellent — even better than the original sanding and finishing from some 30 years ago. We will have him back next year to accomplish another project. Wayne Stewart

Bill and his assistant did an absolutely fabulous job. He replaced rotten boards in a couple of places and did such a nice job that you can't even tell where he patched. It's seamless. The color is exactly what we expected. He was quick, courteous and professional. I would hire the Floor Doctor again in a heartbeat! The price was a good value and clean up was wonderful.

Bill is a personable and hardworking professional. He did great on removing severe stains and cigarette burn marks and small detail areas. The floor was so bad in areas, I wasn't sure that refinishing would be enough. The floors look so great! The power failure due to the recent storm stalled his progress but he completed the job in 6 days (minus the two days without power). He even went above and beyond when my furnace had a frozen drain tube which had to be cut, requiring emptying the drainage bucket every day.

Company was virtually impossible to contact. Would not answer email or phone.Would schedule a time and not show up or show up late without a phone call or text. Would say had to do other jobs or could not get to me. I felt like I was not an important or a valued customer. Left waiting around numerous times with no word or notice.

As a contractor half of my battle is finding good subs. The floor doctor was very consistent with their final product, customers were always happy, they called back and responded to inquiries. I couldn't be happier with the overall performance.

Bill and his colleague did a great job; our floors are beautiful. I would guess that Bill does his own customer service, so if he's working on a job he may not get back to you immediately, but will get back to you. We were fortunate to get the work done pretty quickly after we contacted him and we're very happy with the results.

Bill did a great job— kitchen floor was overdue and in bad shape, now is like new! Flexible for timing, pleasant. Effectively sealed off kitchen so no dust elsewhere. I highly recommend the floor doctor.

They did a good job Installing wood flooring for us. Bill and his crew were very easy to work with, respectful and courteous. Completed the job on time.

I was in a hurry to have my floors refinished before moving in. Bill was able to fit me in the dates I wanted. He and his crew were super friendly and got the work done as promised on time. There were a couple of issues that were addressed but not fully resolved. One spot had a build up of sealant and left a "blob". Bill said that this sometimes happens and he did attempt to make it right, but it never quote got there. in fairness, he told me it may not but I felt this shouldn't have happened the in first place. Most disappointing is during the sanding some of my floor boards were gauged and left with a horizontal line from the sanding machine. I've been after Bill for months to repair/paint these which he said he would but now he's non-respnsve. I really hate to write bad reviews. but now I'm stuck i'm trying fix this mess myself.
