"Robert and the team at Artistic Landscapes were so amazing to work with. After my spouse and I fell ill over the summer, we had to let the yard go, and it took us a long time to recover so we never had enough energy to catch up. By the time we called Robert, we felt embarrassed of our yard and anxious to get it resolved. We have struggled in the past getting landscapers to follow through with giving us bids so we were nervous about starting that process again. Other crews that we hired wouldn't complete the job as described and made us feel like we were being difficult for asking questions or speaking up. This was NOT the case with Robert and his team. They got to work right away and within four hours had removed a gigantic pine from our backyard, removed lower hanging branches dangling over our rooftop from another large pine and then trimmed branches hanging over our fence that were interfering with trucks coming in and out of our neighborhood. They cleaned up and our yard look like no one had been there except that a huge tree was gone and so were a bunch of branches! The communication throughout was absolutely stellar. Cannot say enough about how professional, thorough, and competent Eli and his crew were. We have them on speed dial for the next time we have a need. Highly highly recommend them.
