After my spouse and I fell ill over the summer, we had to let the yard go, and it took us a long time to recover so we never had enough energy to catch up. By the time we called Robert, we felt embarrassed of our yard and anxious to get it resolved. "We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid, but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid."

"Hired Oregon Tree Service to trim three deciduous trees. Rheir price was reasonable and their service was excellent. The crew arrived on time, as promised, and worke efficiently to trim the trees. They were profesional, knowledgeable, neat, and very personable. The did excellent work and removed all the debris from the work. We were very happy and willl use them again."

"Great. Juan and his team have been caring for my yard for several years. He is conscientious and always strives to do things the way I like them done. That includes weeding, removing leaves and debris, pruning, cutting back plants, mowing and edging. He does extra things when I ask, such as removing a spreading plant, usually without additional charge. Every year my HOA gives me a compliment/thanks for the way my yard looks. And it's kind of a complicated yard to manage. I also trust Juan to do other jobs for me, such as cleaning gutters, washing decks, and pressure washing the driveway. He's a nice guy."

"Eli came out to our house to take a look at what we needed done and gave us an incredible estimate. We felt very comfortable with him and his description of services. He was very affable, upright and knowledgeable. We accepted his estimate and he scheduled us within a week for the work to be done. He came out on time with his awesome crew. They got to work right away and within four hours had removed a gigantic pine from our backyard, removed lower hanging branches dangling over our rooftop from another large pine and then trimmed branches hanging over our fence that were interfering with trucks coming in and out of our neighborhood. They cleaned up and our yard look like no one had been there except that a huge tree was gone and so were a bunch of branches! The communication throughout was absolutely stellar. Cannot say enough about how professional, thorough, and competent Eli and his crew were. We have them on speed dial for the next time we have a need. Highly highly recommend them. How every business today should be!"
