They were not ready to take the car when I showed up at the appointment time, and seemed too busy and working on cars outdoors. They finished by the end of the day but the trim around the window is not installed correctly leaving gaps between the rubber seal and the glass at the bottom of the sides. They left grey tape stuck to the sides of the windshield to hold the trim down. The glass used seems to be a good quality product. We have not had time to try and deal with the issue.

No issues, windshield was replaced with equivalent one to original OEM one, rain sensor and wipers continued to function properly after replacement. Only issue was the price I was quoted online was about $200 less than I was told when I arrived in the shop. Since I had auto glass coverage I didn't have to pay this, but I would suggest anyone follow up to ensure the online price is the final price including the cost of the windshield plus all labor.

I had experiences with two different Safelite installers. The first in all likelihood would get at most a C rating . I had the side window replaced but the technician scratched my paint in the process (separate from the nicks from the glass coming down). He offered to touch it up with some black primer. He also left a lot of glass in the door and car. And on top of all this the window was scratched which we both looked at afterward and decided to schedule another job the following day to replace it. The second technician would've gotten an A but the experience with the first technician left me with an uneasy feeling about calling them in the future.

I give them a B this time. They have done A work in the past but this time we fell through the cracks and it took a day longer than we were initially told. Given our previous good experiences we will go back but this time they were not at the usual best.

Went perfectly. It was covered by insurance. The technician was on time, very professional, came to our house and replace the windshield in short order. Was recommended by our insurance company (and therefore approved by them), and would definitely use again.

First time I waited 4 hrs. for technician to arrive at my house. Waited to 2 for installation only to be told it cracked while being put in, so had to make another appointment; which I did but at their shop and job was completed to my satisfaction with 1.5 hrs.
