Wonderful! We have hired this company numerous times in the past and our experience is always the same ... 100 PERCENT SATISFIED! Mark McArthur and his crew are truly top notch. They are where they say they are going to be, doing exactly what they said they would do, every single time. It's refreshing to see a team work so cohesively! They are exact, they are careful, they are considerate. We watched the entire process and it was great fun seeing our landscape transformed. When they left everything was super neat and tidy, which is really important to us. Mark even noticed an infested Paper Bark Birch tree that had escaped our attention to which he quickly and easily attended to right on the spot. If you want a company with everything you want and nothing you don't we'd highly recommend Westside Tree Company. We trust them completely.

Mark and his crew were excellent. They removed the tree and cleaned up well after their work. They even transplanted a small Japanese Maple tree out of the way so that the tree would not get damaged when Mark cut down the tree. Mark and his crew also let me have the logs and wood chips from the branches that were chipped. I definitely recommend Mark and his crew. They were friendly and very helpful.

Mark and his crew are very busy. So be patient in connecting. Once we connected, Mark was able to provide a written estimate within a few days. I approved the job and Mark and his crew performed the work shortly thereafter. They arrived on time. Performed to their usual high/professional standards. Cleaned up after themselves. I was charged per estimate. Not sure if this will make sense, but it is like getting a quality haircut. Even though they had a mountain of branches etc stacked in my driveway that had been removed from the trees, when you look at the trimmed trees, you can't even tell they were touched. They look so natural-not chopped off. This is the third time Mark did work on trees for me. The prior two times we did the transactions entirely via the phone. And the work has always been done to my complete satisfaction.

Amazing!! Mark McArthur and his crew were incredible, as always. We have used this company multiple times in the past and every single time they have been quick, careful and when they leave the area looks absolutely spotless! I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a super kind and professional company that is truly the best of the best, I'd go with Westside. P.S. On this particular job they had to work very near a neighbor's home and also very near to our expensive custom Anderson wood windows. With any other company I would have worried about accidental damage since the trees were tall and large pieces had to be lowered into a very narrow walkway. With Westside you just don't have to worry because their skill, consideration and care is evident. It was a pleasure from start to finish. Thank you, Mark! We'll be back!

What a great group of guys. Highly professional. Did a fabulous job. It was fun to watch them work! Would not hesitate to recommend them or hire them again.

It went very well. Westside Tree and Land showed up on May 18th and took down the big tree carefully and quickly. They were very professional and friendly. They carefully protected the house with large sheets of plywood. They ground the stump and took away all the wood as requested. They cleaned up so thoroughly, it was hard to tell they were even there! I was extremely pleased with their work and I would DEFINITELY hire them again!

They were fantastic. Did great work and alerted me of a few small things. Chopped trees into firewood sized and left me with a heap of bark chips for my dog run. Great company. Highly recommended.

Mark and his four-man crew arrived at precisely the designated time to begin work. Three hours later, the tree had been cut down, brushy limbs and other debris had been shredded and loaded into a truck, larger limbs and the trunk had been the cut up for firewood, and the entire work area swept clean. The work was excellent, and I would hire the company again.

They did a great job! Arrived early for the job and were professional throughout the process. I would use them again!

Mark was great...from bid to finished job...easy going and well done...clean and communicative!

We had a few large pine trees, a couple deciduous trees, an apple, cherry and plum tree all trimmed.  They were on time, professional, did great work and cleaned up after themselves.  We couldn't be happier and will most certainly use them again. Their price was fair too compared to other bids we'd received.

It went stellar.  Mark and his team are the best.  I have a new deck, new fence and new roof and I was a little nervous just because the area they had to work in was not big.  I didn't have to worry.  They arrived 15 minutes early and got right to work.  The first step was to dig out a Japanese Maple that was in the landing area where the tree was going to fall.  They put it in a contaiiner and moved it out of harms way. They then climbed the tree and started cutting off the limbs.    They had a chipper that took care of the limbs.  They cut firewood from the limbs for me for my fireplace.  After the limbs were gone they started on the trunk.  They cut the rounds in manageable sizes maybe 18" - 20" thick.  They did not remove the rounds nor did I expect them to.  It was up to me to get rid of them.  I think the entire process took about 5 hours.  They worked the entire time.  There is sawdust everywhere.  They did blow it off the roof and deck.  After the trunk was removed Mark sealed the raw stump for me with a sealer.   
I will use Westside Tree next time I need work.  They are hard working and great at what they do.   And well worth the money.  I did bake them muffins so you're going to have to step up to be a great customer like me. :)

Guys were very easy to work with...asked questions as they went to make sure I was getting what I wanted. None of the trees had ever been trimmed before. Cleaned up and removed all of the cuttings. Unbelievably fast. Looks so great.

Great.  I needed a new dentist and Dr. Van Brock fills the need.

Went awesome right on time owner is a wonderful man who gave me an estimate right on the spot and they were there a week later to do the work. On time clean got right to work. It took 3 1/2 hours and they cleaned everything up no messes. Polite omg the best guys. I'd hire them again and I'd refer them to anyone. Honestly the service mark and his crew provided was awesome.
