We will work on training our crews better to clean up after themselves and better take care of the yard. Our service is every other week in December and in January. We service all our our maintenance customers both months usually two times in the month depending upon which day their yard service is. Your yard was serviced twice in December and twice in January. If you have any other lawn irrigation issues we are happy to fix them if you could give them office a call and I can give you the managers numbers for both maintenance and irrigation issues. This work was done nearly 3 years ago, and we have never heard from this customer since the job was completed. We strive to provide top notch and excellent customer service, and we hit that mark nearly 100% of the time. Sometimes though we are more human. That being said, this customer has not ever reached out to us since the job was completed.Service Provider Response

This member reached out to us via a text message, and within 12 minutes we responded to that initial message. We let this member know that although we do communicate via messages, we don't schedule appointments that way. We have always found it better to actually talk to the person and set the appointment. We find that we can get the information over the phone in much more detail and then schedule the appointment for an appropriate amount of time. This system doesn't work for everyone, and we do apologize for that. If that is a must have for someone, then Preferred Landscape might not be the best fit. I am not sure how we could be fairly graded on quality when we performed no work and didn't have a meeting. I am also not sure how we could be given a bad grade for responsiveness when we responded to all 3 of the members messages within 16 minutes at most. (It was 12 minutes for the first message, 7 minutes for the second and 16 minutes for the third.) Also, our replies to this member were extremely polite and professional, so again, not sure how we could be given a poor grade on professionalism.We currently do not provide services for HOA's, property management companies, or commercial property work. We also don't offer one time lawn mowing or large tree pruning.
