first and foremost...the job was done on time and was excellent
job review and estimate was detailed and extensive
job bill matched the job estimate...no surprises
roof tiles pressure washed, broken or chipped tiles replaced...replacement tiles matched existing tiles
roof tiles were sprayed with moss preventive
all gutters and down spouts cleaned of debris
helped with selection of paints (body and trim), excellent quality chosen
painted test sections on body and trim with chosen paints for our review and approval
job prep was very good, all surfaces pressure washed, scraped where needed, all joints recaulked
dry rot either replaced or repaired
paint application: sprayed, rolled and/or brushed
assisted with stain and finish selection for front door...provided sample oak boards with various stains and finished provided
side door had some dry rot...door, jam and weather stripping replaced...high quality job
