Great service and excellent craftsmanship and work. Plus really nice people to deal with.
Description of Work
I have two fireplaces, one which I didn't think could be used. The other needed a damper. I live about an hour away from Portland and was having a hard time getting someone to do the work locally. Chimney Repair was willing to come from Portland. As it turned out my chimney was in dire need of repair. They took pictures and showed me the problem, gave me an estimate of the cost, and then came right away to fix it. I was able to open up the 2nd fireplace as a result. My chimney got rebuilt and brought up to code, and I now have two working fireplaces. All in all it was a great experience. The work that Family Chimney repair did will be here long after I am gone. It was one of the best repair experiences I have had. They came out of their way, showed up on time, and did excellent work.

They were friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job on replacing/repairing our aging chimney. They replaced the flashing which was previously installed incorrectly. The new chimney cover works great and keeps the birds out. Excellent job on the clean up as well. Highly recommended.

Family Chimney Repair did an amazing job on rebuilding our firebox! We had another company drop the ball on this project and FCR was over within a few days of me inquiring about them fixing it. They did a quality work, we’re great communicators, and finished way faster than I anticipated! I would highly recommend using them. Before and after photos (previous hired company’s work vs FCR)
