"I called 3 contractors for bids. Charles was the only one that told me what I wanted could be done, the others just said not doable. He was very upfront with me from the beginning, informing me that it would be a 9 month wait. Charles took measurements, shared some ideas, showed me pictures etc. and gave a bid on the spot.
The work was started on schedule and completed in 3 weeks. His crew, Colin and sub contractors always arrived promptly, all were very professional. Each day when the work was completed the area was cleaned, vacuumed, and left tidy.
If any changes were made during construction, Charles made up an addendum with additional charges so I always knew where I stood, and there were no surprises at the end of the project. I really appreciated this.
I would definitely hire Charles again and recommend him to family and friends. He is absolutely worth the wait! I love my new Bathrooms.
