He was polite, showed up and left on time, left the work area clean when he was finished, and did a complete tear down and rebuild in only 2 days! HIs bid was the lowest but his work is excellent. "Gerardo and the G’s Concrete Crew did a great job on our concrete project. We extended the driveway from parking for two cars to three and added an “RV Pad”. On top of that the crew corrected a front door step and a French Drain that were not up to code. G and his team were easy to work with from planning to prep to completion! They were both polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was reasonable! They get a 100% A+ from me! I would use and recommend them to friends and family or anyone looking to do a concrete project. "

"JP was great to work with and he was prompt when responding to me EXCEPT the completion of the work. His crew did not, per contract, remove a tree with stump completely. They covered it up with mulch and now I'm having to pay more to get it removed. The crew did an awesome job except they didn't finish as agreed and were paid 100%. Just make sure all terms, as agreed, are completed before paying in full!"

"We hired Concrete by Design to install a backyard patio and sidewalk, and the initial work looked good? we were pretty happy with how everything turned out at first. George Anguiano was friendly and communicative during the project, and even promised to come back for a follow-up walkthrough and to seal the concrete or suggest how it should be done if we wanted to do it ourselves to save money, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, after the job was done, he never followed through. Despite multiple calls, texts, and emails over the course of several weeks (even months), we never heard back. The lack of communication and follow-up is really disappointing, especially since we were told those final steps would be part of the service. I would recommend George work if he actually followed up and stood by his word. Ignoring customers after a job is unprofessional and leaves a bad impression, even when the initial work is solid. We just wish he had followed up. "

"Project was delayed due to a heat wave that came threw the area, but when the craftsman come out he did a fine job with the masonary work. So good that I can't even tell where the repairs were made. Just a great job all around. I even had him do an additional job while he was here. I will not hesitate to call hime directly next time I need repairs."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
