We have a deck that is supported by 30 foot log poles, and one was slipping causing cracks to windows and walls on the lower level of our house. Kit and Cody came out and gave us a very reasonable quote for our deck repair. They were flexible when we asked to add on a couple more projects, and worked with us on pricing. They cleaned up the site completely. We really feel fortunate to have met them, and will definitely work with them again

- Natco DevelopmentOverall, I'm very pleased with the results. I didn't think the results would be as good at they actually are. Prior to the project, the stamped patio area was an un-pleasing light tan color and had clearly not had any care for many years. I had them stain it a darker brown and apply a glossy hardener/sealer to the surface. The results are amazing. It looks modern, like new and really makes a difference in the overall look of the yard. Before they applied the color/seal, they had a professional pressure washing company come in and prepare the surface. Everything was done on time, and the interactions I had with the office crew and/or work crew at Natco were very professional. They were honest and seemed to want to get it right, instead of just getting it done. They gave me some "this is what I would do if I were you" type of advice which is really helpful and sincere. I had several bids for the work, which varied widely in price and approach. But overall, Natco seemed to be the most honest and not trying to over-sell

The whole job was done in 2 days and I now do not look at that pond anymore. It was an eyesore that created an unusable space. "Josh was very timely in getting an initial look at the project. The bid package he prepared was head and shoulders above those furnished by other bidders. It was complete and clearly reflected our discussions. Worked started right on schedule and was completed as estimated. The demo work, which often times can be messy, was completed quickly and with an absolute minimum of disturbance to adjacent landscaping. The day of the concrete placement went very efficiently. The finish work was top notch; bringing favorable comments from all the neighbors. When done the project area was neat and clean. Josh communicated clearly during all phases of the project. His crew was very good too. I wouldn't hesitate at all to have the Final Finish crew do another project for me. To summarize the project was done on time, to a high standard, and came in under budget.
