"The installation crew was perfect! Very nice and professional. There was an issue with one of the windows not being shipped with the other windows, but got the window and came back to finish the job in two business days. The quality of the windows and the installation is top notch!"

Customers say: Quick response

"The windows were cleaned but I had asked them to also clean the bottom tracks. I assumed that since I was having the inside and the outside did that would have included the outside tracks of the sliders. Apparently, it did not. PS. After I wrote this review they called and asked if they could come back and finish the job. Thank you"

"I recently hired AP Window Co. to upgrade the doors and windows in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their service was outstanding. The team was professional, punctual, and skilled in their work. They helped me choose the perfect doors and windows for my home, and the installation went quick, and smoothly. Not only do my new doors and windows look fantastic, but I've also noticed a significant improvement in outside noise and efficiency. I highly recommend AP Window Co. for anyone looking to enhance their home's appearance and functionality. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thank you for a job well done!"

Windows questions, answered by experts

Completing window service projects in Eugene can significantly enhance your home’s comfort by reducing condensation during rainy seasons and improving insulation against temperature swings. Modern window replacement helps limit pollen and dust infiltration, which is especially helpful during spring. Upgraded windows also reduce street noise common in busier Eugene neighborhoods and can improve natural light, making living spaces feel brighter and more inviting year-round.

Helpful?

In Eugene, window service projects may interact with your home’s insulation, electrical wiring, and even siding. If you notice uneven window frames or persistent moisture, it could indicate foundation settling or hidden leaks. During window installation, check if nearby outlets or wiring need adjustment, and consider upgrading insulation around window openings to maintain energy efficiency. Watch for any signs of wall damage or ventilation changes after the project.

Helpful?

Before starting window service projects in Eugene, confirm if your planned work requires permits, especially for enlarging window openings or altering exterior walls. Schedule projects outside the rainy season to minimize weather-related delays. Choose contractors familiar with Eugene’s building codes and climate, and verify their insurance coverage. If your project involves electrical changes, coordinate with utility providers early to prevent service interruptions during installation.

Helpful?

To ensure a seamless window service project in Eugene, begin with a thorough inspection to identify problem areas and consider an energy audit for targeted improvements. Compare quotes from local window installation professionals and allow for extra time due to unpredictable weather. Notify neighbors about potential noise, plan for secure material storage, and schedule all necessary inspections. Keep all warranty and installation documents organized for future reference.

Helpful?

For new homeowners in Eugene, prioritize window replacement for any units showing signs of rot or fogging between panes, which are common in the region’s damp climate. Focus on installing energy-efficient windows in rooms with the most sun exposure to prevent overheating. If your home is in a designated historic area, research window installation options that maintain character while meeting local preservation guidelines and seismic safety considerations.
