Very professional company and such a smooth process to have concrete work done. The office assistant was very helpful and Shelly was very prompt at getting us on the schedule and our work done quickly. They were very considerate of our street and the concrete truck was in and out. They certainly know what they are doing and work very efficiently. Our patio looks great and we are looking forward to building a gazebo on it and enjoying our backyard more. Highly recommend Natco for having excellent pricing and high-quality workmanship!

I cannot say enough about this company, they are what we always hope for but seldom get. They are very reasonably priced, reliable and do what they promise with the BEST quality! They built a driveway which they stamped with an English cobblestone texture and sealed the natural concrete and it looks like an aged road from the old country... literally a work of art! They also made a serpentine walkway in my backyard which turned out beautiful. All this was done systematically with lightening fast speed and precision, they are masters of their craft!!! Not only that, they are so kind, funny and you can tell they all LOVE their work. Thank you a thousand times , I had the most stress less project of my life!

We selected Natco because we thought they had the best plan for our little pad addition on the side of our house linking into an existing walk and pad. The weather was pretty threatening on the day they came and got much worse by the time they poured the concrete. It was miserable and they ended up working into the dark. When the concrete dried there were concave areas where water collected in the pad below the stairway. We called them and they came over and agreed about the problem. We arranged with them to come back in the spring to fix the problem. In April they came back, took out the concrete pad with the problem and replaced it. In the end, job well done. Everyone we worked with was helpful and friendly and worked to be sure we were happy with the job. We appreciated that.

It was AMAZING!! They showed up on time, every time. Joe was always on the spot, checking to make sure everything was done according to what we had in mind. If there were any questions, he would always stop and check with us before he moved on to the next stage. The crew was extremely competent, friendly, and polite. The work was done on time, and for the price quoted. We were totally impressed with the quality of the work, and the people. About 2-3 hours after the last pour for the sidewalk, we noticed that we had prints from a squirrel going down our sidewalk, and called to see if anything could be done. They were able to free up 2 people to come and smooth out the prints, and they are hardly noticeable now. Can't say enough good things.

I called them and they said "Shell" would call me back about the details. So she did and they came out and talked to me about what I wanted, and spent a long time measuring my porch so they can give me an estimate on a replacement. So I was encouraged and was just waiting for the price, and was going to go ahead with what would probably be an expensive job (a friend in construction estimated maybe $10,000). But they never called back or returned my calls again. I waited and did not hear, and then phoned and left a message, and phoned again and left another message. And when I didn't hear after that, I figured that if they don't even return my calls before they've signed on to do the work, that's a bad sign, right? I never did hear from them, after all the measurements and everything. Isn't it just baffling when companies do that? So my guess is that they are flaky and disorganized as heck.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the results. I didn't think the results would be as good at they actually are. Prior to the project, the stamped patio area was an un-pleasing light tan color and had clearly not had any care for many years. I had them stain it a darker brown and apply a glossy hardener/sealer to the surface. The results are amazing. It looks modern, like new and really makes a difference in the overall look of the yard. Before they applied the color/seal, they had a professional pressure washing company come in and prepare the surface. Everything was done on time, and the interactions I had with the office crew and/or work crew at Natco were very professional. They were honest and seemed to want to get it right, instead of just getting it done. They gave me some "this is what I would do if I were you" type of advice which is really helpful and sincere. I had several bids for the work, which varied widely in price and approach. But overall, Natco seemed to be the most honest and not trying to over-sell.

They were friendly & professional.
They cleaned up after the job.
They took great care not to damage our lawn when rolling wheelbarrows of concrete over it.
When Joe (the owner) came out to give us an estimate, he was also friendly & professional, and very easy to talk to.
They did the job in a very timely matter & for the amount they quoted us.
We will definitely refer Natco to our friends & neighbors.
If we ever have any more concrete work done, Natco will be the one doing it.
Overall they did an excellent job for us.
