We scheduled our cleaning initially when the snow hit and we rescheduled a couple of times due to weather. The day of the cleaning, Romel came out the day of the cleaning and the roof came out great. "Homestead Exterior was hired from three bids and the comments from Angie's List.  Chris lived up to every expectation.  Even the neighbors have commented on the excellent job and overall improvement to the house.  Chris recommended a new paint scheme and not only had our custom colors mixed and painted on the house-was kind and understanding when we eventually went with different colors all together.  Our only negative mark is for punctuality and truly is was no fault of Chris'.  Rain prevented them from starting on the date agreed to and once he had reassigned his crews they had to finish the job that was started.  The one caulking flaw was promptly corrected and Chris made some unplanned repairs at no cost.  I strongly recommend Homestead Exteriors."

"I have to admit, I was really disappointed with my overall experience. I was told that I could one time do a reimbursement. First off, why would you do that if you have already paid for service?!?! Then it took almost a week to get some one to address my situation. Now, I do realize that it does take time to get things rolling, but a week?? The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"

"Jeremy was really good at working on the fly because I was unsure of my plan so he had to be able to adapt as we went. He came up with ideas I had not thought of that were excellent. He worked fast and got one whole wall remodeled in 2 days including old cabinets removed and new cabinets and stove installed and new sheet rock on wall. He also built a base to raise everything several inches higher. He’s coming back for the bathroom work."
