They have a long list of accreditations and certifications with relatively short turn around times. "I hired this company to take care of mold growing in the bathtub. I believe mold started growing there because I had a water bladder filled with emergency water, guessing precipitation from the shower got trapped under the bladder. Zero Mold came and assessed the situation and found mold growing in the attic above the bathroom, the vent system wasn't connected properly. They took care of the mold in the attic from what I could tell however wouldn't touch the bathtub because it exceeded their experience. They lied to the owner of the house telling them that it wasn't mold and that if they sprayed the bathtub, it might ruin the finish. So of course, the owner said don't do spray the bathtub... I've used bleach and other chemicals to fight the mold, however it keeps spreading to new areas. They left me in a dangerous situation. I contacted Zero Mold a few days after the completed service however they acted like they didn't know me and ignored my request to come back to finish the service. This company was very unprofessional with how they handled my situation, if you plan on using them just be sure that they'll accomplish the job you're hiring them for. I really don't see this company/Jeremy as a trustful professional. I request them to change the name of their company to Some Mold..."
