We called two other roofing companies for which they were booked out for 4-days.
I called Monday morning and was told that they would come out to fix the roof on Monday. We never got a call back whether this was done or not. I called again on Tuesday to find out if the roof repair was done and was told that it was not and they would go over at 12:30 p.m. to the rental. We got an e-mailed bill for the services and will mail a check out to them as they do not take credit card payments.
I would have preferred a call back to confirm that the duties would be pushed forward another day as we have to notify the property manager to notify the tenants of work being done on the house. It would have been nice for the foreman to have called us to say what was wrong, but the details of the service was on the invoice.
The price was fair and in the ball park compared to other roofing company costs.

I got a couple of quotes from contractors outside my living area that ranged from $10,587 to $18,604 to replace my existing roof of 29 squares.  Four or five local contractors quoted me between $5,444 and $6,670 to do the job.  Granted, the two expensive contractors would do a slightly more complicated installation, but I just wanted the roof replaced with high quality shingles.  I got lucky by picking the lowest-price contractor that provided an exceptional installation.  The team of workers was professional and courteous.  They answered all of my questions.  They made sure all of the old roofing materials were hauled away without leaving anything for me to clean up!  This firm has been doing roofing in the local area for over 24 years and, having used their services, I can see why they are still here.  Bottom line:  If you need a roof replaced you need look no further than All-Roofs Northwest!
   A note about the highest-priced bid for roofing:  I visited an online site that was recommended by an HGTV commercial, and without completely filling out my contact information I received a phone call from this firm to give me a bid.  The person that came out was very professional, and explained any items I felt needed further explanation.  However, I had absolutely no idea what a roof replacement would cost.  When I took the time to contact a few local firms, it became abundantly clear that $18,000+ was over the top for replacing my roof!

He took the skylight out and repaired the issue.  He did a great job!

The man who answered the phone was the same man who came out to fix my roof leak.  He was very professional and pleasant to speak with.  When he arrived, he greeted me and went straight to work.  The work only took 30 minutes and upon completion, he showed me a picture of the where the roof was leaking.  It turned out to be a bad roof installment of a vent.  He only charged me for his time.  I will DEFINITELY call again if I ever need assistance with my roof.

It went very well during the hottest part of the current summer.  Roofers and contractor were very professional.  Minor bumps but nothing I wouldn't expect from other roofing contractors.  I would recommend this contractor if you need your roof replaced.  They did an excellent job.

They came out and did the job for a great price (not the lowest bidder, but you get what you pay for); did a great job, and were thoroughly professional.  My sister raved about how polite and professional the roofers were, and she said her neighbors even noticed and commented to her about how great they were.  Definitely recommend this company anytime you need roofing done!

Had an excellent experience with All Roofs Northwest.  Would recommend them to anyone wanting a roof.  I am an electrician by trade and have seen the roof work done on many job sites.  The installers where on time and worked in a professional manner.  Very little wasted effort and they had to contend with me asking questions all the time.  They worked quickly and cleanly.  The product installed was TPO which is a commercial membrane that comes in various widths that you seam together to make sized to the roof.  At the end they checked the seals correcting any that could be questionable.  This is required sense it is impossible to have hundred of feet of sealing and be perfect on every seal. 
Have gone through a few rain storms sense and am quite pleased about the new roof.  The bedroom is much quieter in the storms and cooler in the last bit of summer heat we had.  A great experience and am glad I chose All Roof as the contractor.

I think they over charge me; not so much inflated the price, but went with the big companies. I found out later that I could have gotten the job done for less. I have no complaints about their actual work.

He is just always there and tells me the minimum of what I need done. I like him a lot. He's very trustworthy. The pricing is very realistic and doable.

First big rain of the season, we discovered a leak in the roof/ceiling of the dining room. They could come quicker than Mckenzie River Roofing. I was not home, but Richard called and said he probably didn't need to get into the house. He apparently climbed up on the roof, found where he thought the leak was and sealed a 10' square around it. It did leak once after that, but we are awaiting another big rain to make sure before calling him back. So far, we have not received a bill, so the price has been right. We'll see how it turns out and if we can rest easy moving forward.

My overall experience with them was good. They did a great job and I would use this company again in the future.

I discoverd a leak in my 2nd floor master bedroom ceiling.  Yikes!  A friend suggested Angie's List and I picked All-Roofs Northwest Inc.  I called them late Wednesday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for sometime Thursday afternoon.  I got a 30-45 minutes heads up phone call from the company so I could meet them at my house.  The owner (all his other employees were out on jobs - this leak occurred following a major storm) arrived.  He was very friendly and professional.  He took a look at my ceiling and immediately suspected where the problem was.  He looked on the roof and noticed 3 shingles missing.  Although he's not 100% sure the replacement of the tiles (which he did in short order) will fix the leak, he's 99% sure, and so far he's right!  He answered all my questions and reassured me about what I needed to do about the damage to the ceiling. He also took a look at the roof and gave me his opinion about how much longer it would last.  A very scary (possibly costly) situation was quickly and painlessly resolved.  I will contact this company again when I have a roofing need.

Work went as expected, on time and excellent clean up.

Very professional. Workers were prompt, polite and efficient. They came when they said they would and the job was completed when promised. The area was cleaned up very well. I would certainly hire Allroofs Northwest again.

They were fabulous and we wish we had gone to them five years earlier. It was pretty pricey.

They had to work with a tenant in a situation where there was no outside access to electricity and where they were doing a noisy job. Though the job took longer than estimated they kept me and her appraised of the problems so I did not end up with a furious tenant. They did crack some plaster but fixed it. The actual cost ended up a few hundred dollars more than the original estimate. They had bid it with a plan to reuse the gutters but it was not practical so we split the cost of new gutters.
