Had a sprinkler system installed on about 1/3 of an acre in the spring of 2022 with a 3 year guarantee. They were prompt about coming out, giving an estimate and taking a payment. Poor communication following the install regarding operation. Problems with water reaching all areas of the grass were downplayed. After repeatedly not answering texts or phone messages I was berated by Mr. Hawk for being "Mr. Difficult". I ended up buying and changing 3 sprinkler heads so that water would reach everywhere and eliminate brown spots. Terrible customer service !

It didn't. Never showed up. Never called. Not much else to say.

Great. They are booked out 6 weeks but, because my job was smaller and I wasn't in a hurry, they were able to fit me in earlier. We are going to use them again for irrigation and a small paver sidewalk.

Bob fit us between other jobs and we didn't have a problem having days between days they worked. They were able to complete more than we originally planned and completed the work much sooner than we expected. It is beautiful and we are happy. We truly trust Bob and his crew.

the work was completed ahead of schedule.  It is more solidly constructed than we expected and attractive in appearance.  Water runoff was redirected to house drainage system effectively.  We could not be happier with the completed work.  Communication with the company owner was always informative and his crew was excellent.  They completed the construction with no disruption of existing landscaping.  We highly recommend this company

Everything went fine. They were just real timely and did the work. Their demeanor was very good. The price was reasonable.

They made everything look spectacular. They were very easy to work with. We had no problems with them. They were nice and contentious.

Overall, it went well. They came into the middle of a project and brought it to completion. The team was professional, timely, and consulted with me as they installed the wall, i.e. location of boulders. We have had many compliments on it and look forward to working on plantings in the spring. The two little issues are that the grass came in a bit thin (we were going into fall) and the muddy areas above the wall. A lot of the excavating had been done by someone else. Although All Pro took three dump trucks away, it wasnt' quite enough. Our soil has a lot of clay in it, which is very muddy. All in all, the did a great job and i would hire them again.

I called All-Pro Landscape on 5/20/09 and spoke with Bob Hawk (the owner). I explained I was looking for a bid on sod installation on two parking strips between the road and sidewalk in front of our house. He said he could come by on 5/23 to give us the bid. Bob arrived on time and jotted down measurements. He told me he would call with an estimate on Monday 5/25. I asked if he could call us sooner than that as his was the last bid we were waiting for and we wanted to make a decision. (We had 4 other bids and all were given the same day the contractor came out). He said he'd call after 5pm that same day. Bob never called that day, nor the next day, nor did he call on 5/25. In fact, Bob never called us again. It was a complete waste of our time and delayed us in hiring the contractor we did go with.

They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. The price was a little above average, but the quality of the work was good and they showed up on time everyday.

It went very well. The plan was excellent and performed in a timely and neat manner. We had an "invisible fence" that we had understood that they could reconnect but later were unsuccessful. Allowance was made for this in the final payment. They cleaned up the site at the end of each work day and after the project was completed. We were well informed of the times that the workmen would be arriving. All were very conscientious in completing the job and very competent in their work. We are more than satisfied with end-product!

It has been our experience with Bob (the owner) that he listens to what your ideas are for a project and he then shares some of his ideas. Bob prepares a written estimate and thats it. No fancy drawings. We choose Bob because his prices are reasonable and we are always pleased with his work. Bob does not have office staff to answer his calls, so you have to wait for him to return your calls. This process can get frustrating at times. Bob had a local craftsman build our iron gates. The gates were very nice, but the paint that was used was substandard. Bob had the gates removed and delivered to another business to have them repainted. Though it cost us a bit more, it was worth it. We are enjoying our new outdoor space very much.

Bob did not show up at the appointment I made. I even called the day ahead and left a message to confirm. I have never heard from him since. I can only imagine how he would respond if I had him actually do the work and there was a problem.

I contacted All-Pro Landscape because the company had designed and landscaped my neighbors yard. Bob Hawk, the owner, did not show up to either of the two appointments that were scheduled with me and has not returned my phone calls. I can only imagine how the man would be if there was a problem with the work. I'd think twice on this company.

All-Pro Landscape is a company I would recommend to anybody for a sprinkler installation system. It took me three weeks and 8 companies to finally find a company that was reasonable and would do just what we want them to do and not try to landscape my whole yard and overcharge me. Bob was very friendly, and his crew was very knowledgeable and worked hard. Very good company. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Bob was very easy to work with, was prompt, courteous, and professional. He provided guidance and recommendations, but also incorporated our ideas very well into the plan. His crew was prompt, courteous, and very hardworking. They cleaned up the area at the end of each day (front and back of house)which was not easy in the rain and mud. At the completion of the job they replaced all areas of sod that had suffered wear and tear from the construction phase. He also counseled us on proper care of our new lawn and plantings. I would (and Have) recommend him without reservation. His pricing was fair and competitive.
