Replaced Gas valve and the Gas furnace was operational.

My motherboard went out during the weekend, and the technician arrived on sunday evening, climbed in the attic with his ladder and fixed it on the spot.

We called to get our furnace maintained and found it was leaking gas. the PPM was excessive, and we got a new system. Worth it for the peace of mind and my family.

They were able to fix our broken ac. Total time at our house for diagnosis and fox was 20 min. Total cost for “band aid” fix was $1,300 seems a bit high but it worked and we needed it so what can you do.

Furnace was not repaired, still exhibited same problem. I paid $800.00 for a $428.00 thermostat installation and other work, without and detail. I would never have replaced my current thermostat for $428.09. I installed the last one and was pleased with it. Work was done while I was not at home. My 91 year old Mother was at home and I could not be reached. Repairman was very early, which was amazing, but was gone when I got home. I did not get to speak with him and I had to contact their office for a copy of the invoice, which they sent promptly. However, when I reached out to them for more information about the repair and the cost I was schooled about hidden costs of the business. I wrote back that I was asking for more information about what actually occurred that determined the issues. The ?Customer Service Representative? never offered to contact the repairman to answer my inquiry or replied. As far as I am concerned the ?CSR? needs training. He/she was rude and dismissive. My Mother had said good things about the repairman. When I let them know the repair did not work I was promptly sent an invoice for another &800.00 invoice for the motor and I would have to pay half of the amount up front. I chose to follow/up with EARTHWISE. I have the highest praise for their owner and repairman. Very communicative and went out of their way to get my furnace working. If I could I would give them a higher rating than the scale provided.
