I think other plumbers would have said that they needed to come back the next day, but Jon Marc stayed until 10:00 p.m. installing the water heater. "We got 4 bids for our project and Charles bid was right in the middle of the pack. He had a 9 month lead time when we hired him and we had to put 25% down to hold our spot. It was radio silence for the next eight months which was little disconcerting. I actually texted him 6 months in just to make sure he hadn’t run off with our money (he hadn’t). If you want someone to talk you through each step and hold your hand you should probably look elsewhere. If you want a respectful and knowledgeable professional who takes great pride in his work, then look no further. When they came to install it, about 2 months after everything else was completed, we gave him a list of minor issues that caught our eyes during the wait and Charles arranged for them all to get fixed without batting an eyelash."
