Cages are small enough we havenâ t had any â spraying â incidents. We are still in process of reducing the cul de sac infestation of the rodent pests. "We have them do the pest control around the house (outside).  They came and spray everywhere outside of the property.  We have an annual contract with them.  They will come every quarter.  We like them because they claimed they use eco friendly pesticide.  No complain as of yet.  They used the internet to sent us the receipt and what service they did.

"The process was smooth and very efficient. The business office person is nice and on top of scheduling and services. The service people were very prompt and efficient and only interrupted us inside when they needed to spray and continued to work outside to stop the ants. Would definetly hire again."

"The inspection was scheduled promptly, the inspector did a careful and thorough job. He provided a somewhat dire assessment on the ant issues (I knew that we had a problem), provided a full suite of things which the company could tend to to extend the life of the interior wood structure and exclude pests for the longer term. Their use of all natural chemical control was a big plus. We signed a contract and the technician came a few days later. Unfortunately, the birds were "in" on that cool and rainy day so we decided to leave them to his second visit to complete the treatments/exclusion. The technician was polite, tidy, and willing to answer questions. On the second treatment day, the birds were out and the exclusion process was completed. They guarantee the work done for a year with the promise of return to address any issues. It is too early to assess the longer term run at this point but so far, so good."

They did take care of the ant issue, and the other pest issue that I forgot all about when I wrote my review. The service people, James and David, were very courteous and explained everything so well and I am so sorry that I forgot about the rodent issue that they took care of and need to come back a second time to verify that it is resolved."
