They have always been professional, reliable, and timely with the services. Our house and property are much improved with insects now.

Do not use this company. They make promises but are a pest to deal with when you ask them to deliver. Edge was great until I had a problem and actually needed their service. I signed a service contract it 2015 to service my property. When I contacted edge to service a mouse problem at my home that is covered by my existing contract they stated that there are limitations on service not stated in my contract and would be charging extra for to provide the service. After (2) days of calling them I was able to speak with a manager named Steve about the issue. Steve also refused to provide service, referencing current agreements. After multiple requests he finally looked at my contract and agreed to schedule a reservice. As it should not be this hard to get the service I have already paid for, I then requested to speak with his manager, at which point he told me that he has never seen that request honored. Whoever is responsible for Steve, please call me!

Explained that these ants have 4 queens to a colony. That is why they reproduce so much.

Terrible experience. They signed me for services I did not need (mole and insects). They looked into my crawl space several times, but then quit. They never inspected the whole crawl space. So far I have been charge more than $600 to catch 3 rats. Now they want to charge me $450 to terminate service.

It was only my initial service but so far the ants have stayed away. Hopefully the ants stay away permanently.

They take care of the problem the first time around, you donâ t have to call back and have them come again. Usually resistant to salesman at my door, your young man (sorry Iâ ve forgotten his name) arrived offering a service I needed and exceptionally good people skills. He listened carefully to my needs, provided a good discount as incentive, and had a serviceman here at work the very next day. James also impressed me with his friendly personality and desire to do a thorough job. He located a potential problem in my foundation, recommending a repair, and got another Edge associate here the following day. Again, Joseph proved to be ready to listen to my needs, answered my questions, and did an efficient repair. So, only 3 days as an Edge customer, I would still be glad to recommend your services and have no doubt that my pest problems are being handled by a great team. And more praise, to your hiring staff, for finding these admirable employees!

The company is very difficult to contact if there is any sort of problem or question. We called specifically for rats and never got the kind of service we expected. Each phone contact was over an hour wait to finally talk to someone and then there was no resolution. Weâ ve signed up for a year and are stuck! We are pretty unhappy with the customer service and would never recommend this company.

Didnt solve the issue after four months. Charged me $300 for **mole service** repeatedly failed to solve my rodent problem

I live in a manufactured home park. I first used Edge for a rat problem. They patched the hole the rats were coming in and set traps in and out of the house house. They were very professional and did not make me that I had a messy home. After plugging the hole they set traps in the yard. I never saw any sign of rodents after that. I was very pleased. Today I had them come and spray the yard for an ant infestation. Because they had been here the week before I discovered the ants, todays visit was free. I did need to sign a 2 year contract. I am ok with that. If I move, the contract will tranfer to the new place. I feel it is worth it to me to never have to see a large rat in my kitchen or any other place Every contact with the company went very comforting and professional. I have a very small and inquisiting dog. Every thing Edge did was safe for him. I highly recommend them. Linda Chapin

I have a contract and requested a technician to check our creepy crawlspace for mice. Had no issues with Edge finding someone and he was great, professional, and courteous. Since we are on contract, no extra charge. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a similar service.
