"Tim did a great job. He arrived, reviewed the two nests, suited up, and had both nests removed in about 45 minutes. One nest was in a rotten log on one side of the house, and the other nest was on the other side of the house ... in the wall of the house! He sprayed the nests, and then sprayed a powder on the house siding to help with any yellow jackets entering and exiting the inner wall of the house once he left. When he left there was no activity, and I never saw another yellow jacket around either nest after that."

"I do NOT recommend!!! Unless you want to be trapped long term in a contract that cost $299 to get out of. Backstory: A salesman came to my door to sell me this. He would not take no for an answer. He obviously saw I was overwhelmed and trying to cook dinner for my 5 kids. He came around to the back of the house to continue to hound me. I ended up saying yes. Then, when I moved out of this rental that I signed the contract for, they told me I had to continue to pay or get charged $299 to cancel. They have even informed me if I don’t schedule a service they will just charge my account and just send me to collections. I love the threats… Now I have to either pay for a pest control service that my new home does not need or pay $299 to cancel. I wish I could give a 0 star review but I can’t. I regret switching from Brooks Pest Control. They were very kind, respectful, and overall a better company!"

They diagnosed the issue (gophers/moles/voles) incorrectly, and after their initial ?treatment? the problem grew four (4) times worse. The 12+ traps they set never caught a single rodent over six (6) weeks. Once I terminated their services and requested a refund, they never responded (I left six messages over multiple days). DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I have pictures and videos of my ?backyard that prove their incompetency."
