Rodent Pest Control Service
Brady came out to discuss what would be done and was very thorough. Sounded good so we signed up for both rodent and bug/insect service.
Sergio the came out for the rodent problem. We were dismayed that he didn't find dead rodents on his second visit. Said he couldn't get around much under the hose because of the pipes. (Note: we had a plumber out in the past make his way under the house and he was quite a large man). Rebuilding the crawl space door looks like it was made in school shop class. Sergio was a very nice guy and he probably did the best job he could.
Phillip came out for the bug/insect job. Looked to be doing a thorough job. He was a very nice guy.

I needed an evaluation for a rodent problem I had under my house and left them a message. They got back to me immediately and sent their inspector, Tim, out right away. He did a thorough inspection and found the problem and carefully explained the options we could take to resolve it. He was absolutely the nicest and most professional fellow I believe I've ever met. This was a totally positive experience working with him and his company and I would strongly recommend them to others without reservation.

I hired All Natural Pest Elimination 5 years ago, give or take. I purchased a home in Oregon that had powder boring beetles, and needed them removed. I also purchased flea and other insect protection. I have just learned (and will admit to not reading fine print) that my animals, who have always run freely in my home during services, were supposed to be confined whenever a service was performed. According to the customer service manager, "the technician's notes indicate they told me I needed to confine my pets." That never happened. So, for approximately 4 years I received service that was either not completed, or the techs did complete the service but lied about having advised me regarding my pets. Even all of this would have been ok if the customer service manager ever indicated they may have screwed up. It happens. But to tell me I must be wrong because the technician's notes say they did something is making some very large assumptions about the veracity of the techs and the customer's ability to tell the truth.

They are knowledgeable in pest control of all kinds. Wasps, termites, stink bugs, spiders, etc. They are always on time and know exactly what to do. The product they use is not hazardous to people or pets and smells really good.

SO far, the methods being used has had very little affect in controlling the rodents from being/coming inside the house; while I see 4-5 at least a day during the day time, I think they did not do ENOUGH checking for HOW they are getting into my house because clearly they are still coming in and out. NOW the whole house reeks of rat order everywhere. It's frustrating.
