"The whole experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing was outstanding from Nicole at the office to Jon Marc and Peter, the plumbers. They originally scheduled me for an appointment 5 days out, but Nicole watched appointments carefully and moved my appointment to the same day I called. Jon Marc, the plumber, was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me different options, which allowed me to decide what worked best for me. He even gave me a teacher discount. After installing my water heater at 8:00 p.m. at night, he discovered a manufacturing problem with the water heater. He called another plumber, Peter. Peter was going off shift and was at the office, but got another water heater and brought it to my house so Jon Marc could install it! I think other plumbers would have said that they needed to come back the next day, but Jon Marc stayed until 10:00 p.m. installing the water heater. "Specialty Heating & Cooling was the only company of 4 we talked with to propose an ideal plan for running new HVAC power & cooling lines through our attic -- optimally locating and minimizing visual impact both inside and outside the house. They even added additional lines we requested for future additions to other rooms as we or future homeowners desire. Installation was quick and professional, with good communication throughout. All done at same or lower price than competitors. Our kitchen and adjoining DR & LR (and the whole house) have never been so comfortable on 90 degree days. Winter heat is way more even and comfy too. All from one unit! We previously used only a Yotul gas stove and rarely-used electric ceiling heat for 3000 sq. ft. in winter, and a giant oak tree to shade us in summer. Denise T."

"I had Mike Guess come to my 100 year old home to give me an estimate for addinging air conditioning to the house and for potentially replacing a 28 year old furnace. I also need a consultation on our old ductwork and he was able to include abatement and new ductwork in the bid. The bid was very competetive and well organized. Mike took the time to explain everything to me and was very responsive to followup questions I sent (many). In the end we used another company. It was not because of anything negative about Sun Glow and Mike Guess. In fact it was a very challenging decision to make. I think we would have been very happy with the work they did for us and way they did the work. If someone is reading this review, I encourage you to consider calling Sun Glow heating and Air Conditioning if you are looking to update your system.
