DO NOT USE. JP Macias / Owner of Lomac Stone took our cash payment in full up-front and only delivered part of the project. He has now disappeared and can not be reached via text, phone, email, voicemail, etc. His business instagram is gone now, and several people on his facebook have also been taken for their money with no delivery of product/project. Both of his suppliers that we called have said they've received similar calls about JP lately and have also not heard from him. His business license is listed in Newberg, his invoice shows Portland, and his CCB is registered in Salem. Will be filing Oregon CCB complaint. The work they DID complete looked fantastic...seems we got in right before he went full MIA

PLEASE BEWARE!!! After years saving for kitchen remodel, everything was going smoothly until Lomac Stone. The contractor has taken our $$ and now not communicating, or following through. We sent in our end of signed contact and sum of project. He never signed contract and we didnâ t receive a copy backâ ¦ This contractor is based out of Salem, Portland and Newberg Oregon. He came highly recommended on FB, Angieâ s list and other sites. Other people now finding each other and making complaints to CCB and BBB. . Stay clearâ ¦

This has been a nightmare since I gave JP a check. He has scheduled appointments, cancelled them, rescheduled and cancelled again. I signed a contract on August 7. He said it would be 2-3 weeks. I am now over 9 weeks with my kitchen torn up and he wonâ t return my phone calls, texts or emails. He even took my sink. I am out $2600 and canâ t get any word from JP when this will be done. All I wanted was to enjoy beautiful countertops. He has stolen my joy. This is so heartbreaking. I just want to cry. Please donâ t put yourself through the pain I am going through now. JP, you should be ashamed of yourself.

LOVE our new Quartz counters! JP came out on a weekend to give us a bid. Would've liked a little more communication with such a big investment, but overall, he did everything he said he would do and the quality is top notch! Install crew was great, very careful, with attention to details. And they had fun too :) Definitely recommend!

Very pleased with our Quartz Countertop! Excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Easy and done in a day! JP is very knowledgeable and takes care of everything from demolition to install including the kitchen sink and a very skilled plumber! HIghly recommend JP and Lomac Stone...you can trust them to do the job right!

I appreciated the professionalism, even when I made a major error causing JP to have to come back to fix it. The kitchen looks beautiful! He was replacing granite counters that were poorly installed several years ago; definitely a big difference. I will never scrimp on a quality installation and product again!

JP and his team (two others) were timely, conscientious and great to work with. They showed up when they said, were able to complete the job a day early, and the workmanship was outstanding. They were also less costly than the other contractors I reviewed. TSB

Outstanding work, the granite fitment was perfect. . John is great to work with as well as his staff. Like many contractors, John is exceptionally busy guy and may spread himself a tad to thin at times but he will respond to all messages which is the utmost importance to me.
