He was argumentative, to the point of being downright rude and unprofessional, and he never bothered to talk to me about the fact that the unit was slightly too large to fit in the space that I had without making some slight adjustments, or that they could have made it fit by cutting into a closet wall, but for whatever reason they chose not to do anything. He never said it would require reframing the door, which was something they did not do, and I would have to get someone else to do that, so they fabricated a metal panel and put it up, in place of the original door. In the meantime, the project would be left without a finished door. The rep So I was left with an ugly gray panel made out of metal that looks totally out of place on my wood wall."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. Some HVAC systems tend to use R410A refrigerant, although if you have an older model it may be using R22. If you’re looking for an energy-efficient heating and cooling system to heat a compact to average-sized home, then a ductless system is absolutely worth considering. The installation is less hassle when compared to a ducted heat pump system, and because your electricity bills should drop, it’s an excellent long-term investment.

Choosing a unit with higher BTUs can use more electricity if the BTUs are more than what’s necessary for your room size. However, choosing an AC with BTUs that match the size of your room or house, your unit will cool your space efficiently. On the flip side, choosing a system with not enough BTUs can cause the system to work harder to try to cool the space, leading to more electricity consumption and higher energy bills.

The best way to reduce heat upstairs is to release it by opening a window. Hot air rises, and if you can create some airflow by opening a window upstairs and also one on a lower level, the hot air should be pushed out of the home.
