"Excellent in every respect, except for the appearance of the finished project The quality of the materials is very good. The workmanship was great. My only complaint was with the rep. He was argumentative, to the point of being downright rude and unprofessional, and he never bothered to talk to me about the fact that the unit was slightly too large to fit in the space that I had without making some slight adjustments, or that they could have made it fit by cutting into a closet wall, but for whatever reason they chose not to do anything. He never said it would require reframing the door, which was something they did not do, and I would have to get someone else to do that, so they fabricated a metal panel and put it up, in place of the original door. In the meantime, the project would be left without a finished door. The rep So I was left with an ugly gray panel made out of metal that looks totally out of place on my wood wall."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

They first tried to troubleshoot the old air conditioning unit, they were very good in explaining about the work, and they help us realize that investing on our old air conditioning will not be cost effective, and that the explanation that they gave was very informative and thorough. "It was the most unpleasant stressfull experience I ever had! We agreed for 250$, guy come out with Husky dog, was smoking cigares while working. He knew house size, was here before. After work was done he asked for 400$!! When I asked why, he started to bully me, moved big heavy card on our parking lot, then asked for 500$ , and my credit card number. "I could not be more happy with my experience with Twin City painting! They are professional from start to finish. They have so many years of experience in this area it shows in their work and end product! The communication was great from top to bottom. I had LOTS of questions and they were all answered in great detail. The employees are clearly engaged and honest. The salesman/estimator, Seth, was fantastic and then the project manager, Ian, was just a pleasure to work with. Very detail oriented and always goes the extra mile. The painters were efficient, friendly and did a fantastic job. They kept a very clean job site. I can't find an area of the house I'm not pleased with. They paint the house by hand and have an amazing 7 year warranty! Painting by hand is more expensive than painting with sprayers, but the qualify, customer service and long warranty make it more than worth it! I will use this company in the future and recommend to all of my family/friends!"
