Ron answered the call and came out, at the end of the day, and got my 20 year old system to at least work in AC mode. So, I asked about a replacement system, he gave me a price that was lower than some others, and arranged for financing, and came out and put in the system with 2 assistants. It is very well installed, much better insulated than the system we had and is very quiet and efficient. Airflow is much better than it was. Overall I strongly recommend Awesome as a repair service or for new install. They were very professional and reliable."

They were very friendly. They came out in a timely manner and explained everything. They were very thorough and it was everything that we expected. There was nothing that we were not happy with. We were looking at $4-5,000 for a new system and we were not able to do that right away so he was able to get the system working. They haven’t called us back regarding the new system but they were on time when they came. We would use them again."

The vacuum they did use did not clean the rugs very well. They did have to come out quite a way to get to me so I would not hire them again because of how much the travel fee would be. They did fine work and I had no problem scheduling the service."
