I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! "The insulation went well! The installation team was able to get the job done in two business days. Especially when it's a hot summer, it's a relief to have a team dedicated to getting the job completed quickly and efficiently. There were a couple minor issues after install specific to condensation drainage, but the guys at Harvest Valley specialties where prompt with their replies and were able to resolve the issues the very next business day. "American Home Shield does not do repair work; they subcontract it. If replacement of anything more than very minor parts is required the subcontractor must obtain their approval and usually order parts from an approved supplier. This can cause some repairs to take several days. In this case the HVAC subcontractor was superb. He quickly inspected the entire furnace and identified and explained the cause of the problem.  Since there were no major parts requiring replacement he quickly completed the repair and no further problems have been noted.
