Tony came to our home, showed us several options in several price ranges, did not try to push us too hard towards the pricier options (we were just looking for basic carpet), and gave good advice on color coordination with our walls and existing other floors. We ended up getting a quote for similar work (though without the range of options for carpet) from a Big Box Home Improvement Store, and Tony matched the price (~$300 less). We were able to schedule the work quite quickly (just before Thanksgiving, so not a really easy time of year), and the installer was very competent.
