527 Floors and more did an incredible job tearing out old flooring that was poorly installed and putting in new luxury vinyl flooring fo me. He also replaced the staid and used a strip that should assist with damage from tenants bouncing furniture down. I’ve already referred his company to a friend, and will be using him again next month on another job!

It is a show stopper in the neighborhood! Other than the quality of their work, and the speed in which they completed the project, what stood out was the ease in communication and collaboration. They were attentive to the client’s needs and ideas while, at the same time, they took the initiative to offer their expertise and advise when needed. Finally, there were no unpleasant surprises- they came to work when they said they would, and they finished the project in one chunk (no skipping to other projects). Last but not least, the cost of the project remained the same even after some modifications (on the client’s side), and material upgrades. 527 Floors and Moore delivered a superb product. That combined with the ease of work and dependability will make them my top choice next time around.

What a superb job done on replacing my front deck. Rails are so safe for my grandkids. The old stairs we had were so dangerous, and Oscar and his associate especially made a different lower size stair. Lots of composite colors to choose from. Couldn’t say enough awesome things. If we need anymore done for backyard we’ll call Oscar.

I am so lucky that they did my floor. Kitchen and dining room. The flooring is so beautiful and tough, it really is beauty meets beast as the boxes had written on it. The dogs claws haven't made one scratch. I couldn't have found anything better than the Shaw floors they used. They were so fast and so detailed at installing, it was amazing to see. I was shocked at how few little scraps were left, the way they cut the pieces to fit the corners perfectly and fit all the pieces together, and so fast! I couldn't be happier, you can tell that they are so experienced and professional, the floor is perfectly put together, I just can't get over how amazing and beautiful it is. Pictures don't do it justice but I tried to take a couple that shows it's beauty. I know they stay busy so if you schedule them to do a floor you need, you will be as lucky and happy as I am❣️
