Took the 5th wheel in to get an estimate on repairing some holes in the roof. This led to the discovery of significant water damage.
After Roberson gave An estimate to repair the RV the insurance company decided to total the RV so repairs were not made.
The service department however was excellent to work with through the process.

Problems and difficulties were the paperwork and completion of sale. Even had to have a courier come to our home 75 miles north to re-do the paperwork for a third time! We went back a second time "75 miles south to Salem" to resign new documents due to office errors.
