Kevin was great. He arrived on time and took care of hanging a new set of blinds and tightened up all of the cabinet hinges in the kitchen and bathrooms. And his fees were very reasonable. As an added bonus, he recommended a couple of other people that I needed to get my investment property ready for the next tenant.

This contractor left my project without finishing it. He was combative. He put a ladder on my wood flooring and then said he still could not reach where he needed to put the curtain rod. He made negative comments, and he left my home.

"Imelda, where else am I supposed to put the ladder but on your floor? My ladders have rubber feet on the bottom of them. I couldn't reach any of the windows because you're a hoarder and have too much stuff in the way. so much stuff that we couldn't even move it out of the way. It was unsafe! I tried to do it for you and put in and you kept pushing. so before you call me combative, remember how you kept pushing me. again, it was an unsafe work environment!"
