"Pros: Their salesperson (Juan who is no longer with them) was very pleasant to work with. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. Cons: The first day they arrived they started masking the exterior of the house for paint, but they did not bring a pressure washer to clean the siding first before painting (as they stated they would in their bid). After we mentioned this they took down all the masking and returned the next day with a pressure washer. We have contacted them 7 times over the past 12 months to come back for touch ups, and they never show up. They did a decent job with the initial painting but it seems that their 3-year warranty does not mean much unfortunately."
