Evergreen removed our 40 year old metal roof and installed a new 50 year shingle. Great communication from Bid to Completion. Crew cleaned the entire site daily and repaired anything to make our roof better in the long run.

Customer service is good. Three layers removed, so lots of debris. Considing the amount of debris, the daily clean up was great. The project forman was easy to talk with; taking his time to listen and answer questions. Would I recommend, yes.

Fast service and quality work

We did not have a good experience with Evergreen and do not recommend the company for roofing. Lots of promises about how satisfactory the job would be in the sales pitch. Instead, the new roof sags in some places and is elevated in others, has uneven edges, and the gutters sit below the roofline. The excuse given by the company owner was that the house is old. True enough but in a mile and a half radius of our house I have not seen any roofs that look as unprofessional as ours and many of the houses in the neighborhood are, like mine, 100 years old . I'm no expert but maybe if they had replaced all the plywood the roof would be even; in fact the sales person suggested replacing the plywood might fix the sagging but that was not included in the contract.

From beginning to end with Edwin, roofing crew and Shawn they were professional, thorough, and friendly. The estimate was right on. They cleaned up after each day's work. The roofing crew finished the work in 3.5 days (they even worked in the rain). Our daughter recommended Evergreen Renovations after they completed work for her. We also recommend the company.

I can't say enough GREAT things about my experience with Edwin (Sales) and the entire, fabulous work crew (Chalo, Alvaro and Erek)! What a TEAM! And Brian, Kristin and Tami too. I was determined to get 10 bids, but at lucky number 5, Edwin came fully prepared, on time, and with a full detailed packet of all materials and samples, answered my extensive list of questions, and had an aerial view of my roof for exact need of measurements- which was spot on! Sold. We went through every detail to perfection. And there was no pressure. Just the facts. And at the right price in comparison to the others. Saved me an additional $10K compared to the other 'recommended' via Angie's List. Something to certainly appreciate!! Do your homework. Couldn't be more pleased about my experience with this crew / and the safety and security I have now with a new roof, which looks fabulous, and a solid piece of mind. I also really appreciated the daily care taken to clean up debris over the short 3-day duration of the project to clean up and remove any nails or materials that would be potentially harmful to my pets!! Huge! And Thoughtful. Excellent experience!

The complete repair and roof installation on my double wide mobile home was done in one day, The crew of six were truly fantastic and did a professional installation! The repairs were done, cleanup excellent! All work was done in one day ! Outstanding person who worked to get this crew and a loan was excellent! Great company! I can't say enough about how good this company is. From the bid to answering all my questions. They are very thorough and helpful. Jesus and his crew did a fantastic job. They were very careful to clean everything after a days work. They were very respectful and friendly. I hope to use them for my kitchen remodel. Thanks again Evergreen.

Sorry this review has taken me this long. We had Evergreen Renovations re-roof our home in March. They did an excellent job and we're very happy with the finished product. We've used Brian and crew in the past to replace all our windows, and again, they did an excellent job. Very responsive and very quick too. I highly recommend them. We'll hopefully be able to reno the kitchen soon and I'll be calling them for that!

Evergreen is.all they should be hard workers even at 29 and 32 degrees. These people are no 1 to me

From the first call I felt like I was given the right info but without the pressure. Jason was awesome and even helped me with recommendations for other projects. The roof is a 50 year roof but the price competed with that of a 25 year roof. I can't say enough about their flexibility and service they've showed me. The owners even called prior to installation to check in with me. Thanks to Jason and the team at Evergreen.

Crew did great work, very organized and efficient, cleaned up mess when done.

Highest workmanship. Cleaned up jobsite every day. My neighbors even noticed how quickly the job was completed, and how good my home looks now.

Evergreen roofing is a exemplary company. Every employee was kind, thoughtful and extremely helpful. My roof was finished in less than 2 days, from tear down of old to full installation of new. The crew was professional, quick and highly skilled. There were no debris left at all after they finished. Even after the project was complete Evergreen continued with wonderful customer service, helping to set up financing when my original plans for payment were delayed. I can not say enough positive things about this entire company. I was hesitant to hire a company I didn't know much about, especially during this pandemic, but Evergreen exceeded all possible expectations. My new roof is beautiful and I no longer have to worry about rainy weather.

Make sure everything is noted in the contract because just because they say they ll cover something does not mean they will. Be home when the roof is installed and materials are delivered. Incorrect types of vents were delivered. I ordered ridge vents and they delivered box vents. One selling point, reason they said we needed a new roof was because there was some mold in our attic and some the plywood boards needed replacing. Since the salesman did not note plywood on our order(or possible mold) the roofers did not check the current plywood. If I had not insisted on checking the plywood they would have installed the roof over the old moldy boards. They had already papered over the old plywood. When they pulled up the boards they found 7 that needed replacing. One was crumbling. The owner stated I could have them replace the boards or hire someone to go up in the attic and treat them with bleach and then paint them. Well I m not gonna hire another person, would you? The salesman said a few boards would be covered by them, and he did not think more would be needed. When I spoke to the salesman he denied telling me this. In the end they covered 1 board. I paid extra over the estimate. A total of $450 over the estimate. The cost is not what bothers me but the fact that the roofing job would not have been done correctly had I not been home and on it.

The Sales Consultant listened carefully, picked up on what we wanted and put together good ideas to help us come up with a great updating of the master bathroom.

had evergreen do the roof and the gutters on the main house. Ever questioned was answered, every detail was as asked. Gutters were fantastic. One day and used hidden clip system on 6 inch gutters. Would do it all again without a doubt.

Evergreen took off 3 layers of old shingles, added new decking and repaired the dry rot. We highly recommend them.

Great experience in a time when a lot of contractors are busy and tough to get a hold of and schedule. Evergreen team was prompt, cleaned up nicely and did quality work. The house looks great with a new roof and gutters. Will know for sure once the rains start!
