When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. "Roof Tek came out quickly, gave an estimate for the work on the spot and then repaired the day after we called to hire them. They located the source for our leak which was the kitchen exhaust fan and not really the roof itself. They also sealed up some other vents on the roof, cleared out our gutters and added moss treatment while they were up there too. They got the work done right before some really bad weather so, we really appreciated them fitting us in and the icy weather the following week tested their work! I definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

"I have to say, James is awesome! He was very professional, affordable, very nice and kind. We had a leak in our roof. He came out right away to do an estimate. When I called and hired him he came right away to cover the area with a tarp. He set the time to fix it and was here when he said he would be here. I waited a few days to write the review because it hadn't rained. Well it has now and we are dry in the house! He also did a few other things on the roof to keep it from leaking elsewhere. He completed the work within the estimate. I would recommend and hire James again."
