"Gus, owns this company. He was a subcontractor for DeBella who was contracted to do our root. When we had problems we played tag with DeBella for two years. I finally contacted the subcontractor and let him know I would be filing suit for repairs. He was completely unaware of the damage repair requests. He was able to work and secure the proprietary roofing of DeBella from another company to get the repair made. Even while deathly ill he managed to guide his workers to make the necessary repairs in a vary timely manner. I would recommend him hands down. Very personable. DeBella did not make any attempt to stand behind their guarantee and warrantee< Sadly. I do not recommend them."

"We needed a total gutter system replacement. They discussed the options for our custom home design and the surrounding landscape and forest. They made recommendations, advised what was best, what was actually needed, and did not try to oversell. The price was very reasonable. When the smoke from the fires created bad air quality conditions, we needed to reschedule a couple of times. They were more concerned than I was that the job get done and that we would get taken care of before the rain set in. The installers knew what they were doing, answered questions, and made sure any special items were done to my saatisfaction. Clean well installed equipment. Everyone from the office to the work crew were very professional and curteous. In fact, they were all really nice. This was a great experience. I would recommed this company in an instant."

Ramon is a delight and a pleasure to work with he is professional, responsive, upfront very transparent and gives you any kind of option that you might need to get the project done. He was able to complete my roof for a very reasonable price actually lower than a lot of competitors in the area. Ramon&#39;s company is locally based in Scappoose Oregon and he uses local folks for his Services. I love and appreciate that he uses folks from the area as well as products from the area like Malarkey Roofing which is manufactured right here in Oregon. His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe. I was having a couple days where my brain wasn&#39;t obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email. His crew also did power washing for me as well as gutter services and I could not be more pleased his company truly embodies the quote-unquote spruce up factor and while it&#39;s not listed on their services it should be because his company does actual full roof installation.
