"Needed main underground water service replaced from meter to the basement, and connected to our existing PEX pipes. During the initial visit, Cameron was very helpful and took his time to explain our options. Later Ti, Cameron and crew did an excellent job and left the site very clean after the work was completed. I recommend their business."

"We had Southerland Plumbing install all of our kitchen appliances, fridge, range, over the range microwave, sink as well as our bathroom vanity, and faucets. They were quick to find effective solutions to make the appliances that we got work for our home. And everything looks and works flawless and for an unbeatable price. We will definitely be calling Roy and his team for any future remodeling work we need."

"The plumbers did a great job for me. They were efficient, and friendly. They have done work for me before for smaller projects.
The one glitch came after the work was done and I was charged for an item that I felt should have been included in the bid.
I discussed this with Kris Malmedal, and although there was not a clear right or wrong, he was willing to resolve it in my favor.
I am most impressed in the way that he conducts his business. I highly recommend this company.

"I think they handled it well. Their gentleman that did the inspection came up with a lot of pictures and showed me everything and represented the process well and followed through. The gal in the office over their operations couldn't be more thorough and I liked that. I knew what was going on at all times. I was a little confused at times, but I've never cleaned out a crawlspace before! The gal was great at explaining and helping me understand. Our realtor was very impressed with the whole process as well. It's hard to find people that their reps and gal had. They were helpful, stayed up-beat and positive the whole way. I couldn't say anything better. The entire process was really good and it was a great experience."

"Harmond helped me over video link to test the components in my broken refrigerator. The testing confirmed that it was the compressor that had failed. I purchased a new refrigerator because I decided it was not worth the cost to replace the compressor."

"For the last couple of years, I've noticed a distinctive burnt smell coming from my hot water, and I've also been bothered by the red residue the water would leave behind. I had suspected that maybe I needed my anode rod replaced or my heater flushed, so I reached out to Earthwise after 3 Mountains Plumbing told me that they do not service condominiums anymore. Steve came out to take a look at no charge and recommended that I replace the unit altogether as it wasn't worth repairing since it was already eleven years old (which is longer than the typical life of a modern water heater). He gave me a quote of $1100 (including the price of the heater) which I compared with Lowe's (who would have charged me $1500 for just the installation). Needless to say, I opted for Earthwise. I preferred the more expensive AO Smith professional model, and I added a replacement expansion tank which Steve had recommended. Steve drew up a revised quote for $1300 and scheduled me for the following morning. His team, consisting of Alan, Gary, and one other guy who didn't stay as long, were very efficient and friendly. They laid down padding and blankets to protect my floors and wore booties or just socks the entire time they were in my home. They also remained masked throughout the installation, which made me feel comfortable. As they were draining my old water heater, I was able to see for myself just how rusty the tank had gotten, so I'm glad that I opted to just replace it. The installation proceeded smoothly without a hitch, and within two hours, I had hot water running again from a brand new water heater! My hot water now smells better, but my showers still set off my air purifier for some reason. I had noticed that my ZeroWater's TDS meter tested the hot water at 27 ppm whereas the cold water tested at 15, so I figured that maybe I needed to further flush my hot water lines following installation. I therefore performed a 15-minute flush (turning on the hot water throughout my home for a full fifteen minutes). Within about five minutes of turning on all of the hot water taps in my home, the hot water had been exhausted. I periodically checked the TDS of the 'hot' water (which had now become cold), and by the end of the 15 minutes, it had declined to 13 ppm, which was considerable progress. After the water heated up again, I tested it again but noticed that the TDS increased back up to 27 ppm. The cold water remained at around 15 ppm. I don't understand what's going on, but at least I have a brand new water heater, so whatever sediment the hot water is stirring up is not likely coming from the tank. Regardless, I would highly recommend Earthwise Heating and Cooling for one's plumbing needs for their fast and courteous service!"
