"We had Southerland Plumbing install all of our kitchen appliances, fridge, range, over the range microwave, sink as well as our bathroom vanity, and faucets. They were quick to find effective solutions to make the appliances that we got work for our home. And everything looks and works flawless and for an unbeatable price. We will definitely be calling Roy and his team for any future remodeling work we need."

"I think they handled it well. Their gentleman that did the inspection came up with a lot of pictures and showed me everything and represented the process well and followed through. The gal in the office over their operations couldn't be more thorough and I liked that. I knew what was going on at all times. I was a little confused at times, but I've never cleaned out a crawlspace before! The gal was great at explaining and helping me understand. Our realtor was very impressed with the whole process as well. It's hard to find people that their reps and gal had. They were helpful, stayed up-beat and positive the whole way. I couldn't say anything better. The entire process was really good and it was a great experience."

"Internet connection was weak, garbled communication. But, they remained very professional and we could crack a joke every now and then when things got annoying. Once up and running the diagnostic test was done in 5 min. Confirming my suspicions. Part number was sent within minutes."
