There was a problem with processing, so Jacuzzi reduced my overall cost by 2%, the amount I would have received back from my Costco/Citi credit card, when I paid in full. I was very happy with this option and everything worked out great. Jacuzzi contacted me about every three weeks as a reminder of the upcoming install and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, our satisfaction rate is 100% and we would most definately recommend this remodel to our family and friends!!!"
