John was great. He was very flexible scheduling a time to do the test. He was thorough, listening carefully to where we had concerns about possible mold in the house and performing the test accordingly. He got our results back to us timely, with a very thorough report.

Arrived early, got to work immediately and did the job efficiently and well.He did a thorough , one hour job of making and documenting all the required tests. He replaced the filter for me and reported that he found nothing that needed correction. What more could you ask?? Excellent!
