Jon and his crew came highly recommended from our friends and neighbors, and they are the best contractors I've ever worked with. We have had an extremely difficult leaking issue with our roof, which multiple companies have attempted to fix. When the leak came back during Portland's sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch. When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. His rates are by far the best we've seen, and he's just naturally a gregarious guy and an obvious good person who will do whatever it takes for his customers. That's the kind of contractor I want on my side and I cannot recommend him enough.

Great! Everyone we worked with was professional and so nice. They told us the truth about our roof (that it was in pretty good condition and would likely last several more years), whereas another company tried hard to push us to replace it immediately. Also, their bid was about a quarter of the other bid we received! We really appreciated that they fit our repair in so quickly. And also that everyone was safe and respected COVID protocols - they all wore masks and distanced, even when outside, which made us feel really comfortable. They truly live up to their name, and we will be going back to them when we need to replace our roof!

As part of selling my house, I had a very tight schedule and needed the roof to be replaced in less than a week. Quality Roof did an outstanding job ahead of the schedule I required. We had a great experience with Quality Roof. Quick response to our phone inquiry, and we had an estimate within a few days. No hard sell, glossy brochures or long sales pitch line we suffered through with another company. Just the info we needed and a very fair price. Work was completed faster than expected and cleanup afterward was great. Would recommend without reservation.

It went very well. Rich was very responsive as was his crew. He followed up after the job was complete to make sure all was done well and professionally, including clean up. There was a scratch in one of the new skylights -- it was replaced without question. I'd refer Rich without hesitation.

Workers were very polite and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and were tidy the 3 1/2 days on site. Rich Dunne was very responsive when issues arose and made accommodations when requested. We decided at the last minute to replace our roof windows. Didn't even get a quote before-hand - we were that comfortable we were not going to be gouged. And we weren't. I carefully reviewed work as it was performed and found it to be truly quality work. By the way - we had many estimates but Rich was the one we chose because there was no guesswork. No speculation. Worst case scenario price was provided. Given the horrible condition our roof was in, that was comforting. I highly recommend this company.

There were two guys who came out and it took them four hours to complete the job. They did a poor job cleaning up. I had to call them to come back to clean what they didn't clean.  We where expecting some rain and I called them to come and unplug the drains since the water would get under my house. The owner said they could not help till the next day.  It took six men hours to clean what they had not. The issue is that the owners over-schedules the crew and then they didn't have time to clean before they went to the next job.  I asked them to clean before they left and when I came out 30 minutes later there was still a mess.  They didn't do a good job on the roof and I Will not use them again.

They came the day and took a day to do the requested repairs.  We were quite satisfied with their work.

Richard came as scheduled to provide estimate, I approved it and scheduled appointment.
Workers arrived on time and did an excelent job, they definately went the extra mile in after work clean up.
Price a little high but the good work made up for it.
Will definately use them next time.

After the serviceman got a lpressure washer that worked, it went well. It did take a half day to get another power washer but that happens.

They have maintained the roof for over 15 years and have prolonged its life. The roof is in good shape for its age of 25 years!

Existing roof was installed in July 1997 and has never been cleaned. Two guys showed right on time and did a wonderful job on cleaning the moss off the roof. After applying the liquid moss off, they clean up the deck, patio and completely around the house. They did a very professional job. Would highlyt recommend Rich and his crew.

They did a great job. It was the first times we had used them. They were very prompt and attended to everything very well. Our roof looks brand new after they were done with it. They even came back and fixed a downspout in the pouring rain.

They were awesome. I was trying to get my house on the market and needed to have my roof treated and cleaned ASAP. They re-arranged their schedule to fit me in. They did an great job. Many of my neighbors have shake roofs and mine still looks better than all the rest almost 4 monhts later.
