His informal on-site water quality analysis was helpful and he quoted a fair price for a whole-house UV treatment system. The quote and accompanying paperwork were clear and as-expected, and installation was scheduled for the following week.
I don't think Culligan had to reschedule any other customers, but they definitely understood and accommodated the sense of urgency of this work. The installation went very well, using a two-person team. It only took a couple of hours and their installers were very personable and involved me in some of the installation decisions.
The final phase of Culligan's service, probably and quot;above and beyondand quot;, was Doug driving back up to the house the day after system installation to take official water samples for lab testing. Doug personally delivered the water samples to two different labs. The UV treatment system performed as expected and the lab test results were compliant.
I will contact Culligan again for any water quality issues in our new house.
